| Crown North America is the OEM vehicle platform modification services business segment of the Masterack/Crown division of Leggett & Platt, Incorporated entity. As such Crown NA provides sales and engineering development support as well as vehicle upfitting and modification capability for niche market vehicle needs applicable to vocational and personal use. Currently Masterack/Crown operates seven modification centers accommodating over 28 vehicle platforms. These mod-center programs are generally considered factory installed options, sold through the automotive dealer network and consequently comply with domestic automotive standards for quality and warranty. Distribution is achieved by utilizing the mod-center ship-through process for secondary factory installation activities, facilitating seamless delivery of modified vehicles to the national dealer network. |

| In addition Crown offers through Masterack a national network of over 400 dealer/distributors who provide local and regional upfitting services as well as high quality commercial products and accessories. This capability allows Crown to provide highly effective and efficient programs targeted to local dealer vehicle inventories as well. |
